Designing systems that make life gentler, smarter, and more intentional
I help people design simple, sustainable systems to move through life’s inevitable transitions — at home, at work, and everywhere in between. I believe in creating positive ripples that leave the world a little better than we found it, one system at a time.

A little about me
I’m Ruchi — a metabolic geneticist turned program manager, and a mother to a curious almost-three-year-old who reminds me daily of what truly matters.
I’ve spent years building systems that help research teams and biotech programs do meaningful work with more clarity and less chaos. When I became a parent, I found those same principles quietly reshaped everything at home too.
Now, I’m creating Systems for Sanity to help other first-time parents find steadiness in the swirl of early parenthood — and slowly expanding this systems-first approach to other areas of life that deserve a little more ease.
At my core, I believe simple, intentional systems can make even the hardest transitions feel a bit more manageable.
